Office Policy

Our staff will happily assist you in scheduling a consultation or treatment program to best accommodate your schedule. Our Patient Coordinator will contact you by phone or e-mail one to three days in advance to confirm your appointment. Your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. As a courtesy to our staff and other patients, please provide us with 48 hour notice if you must reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled without 48 hours notice may result in a non-refundable fee.

Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure that all registration and medical information may be obtained. Arriving late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment in order to prevent delays for other patients. We kindly request that you turn off your cell phone during your visit to our clinic and that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to your appointment

Please note that payment must be made at the time of purchase. Payment in cash or by cheque cannot be accepted for security reasons however payment maybe made by Visa, Master Card, or Bank Debit Card.
